We make it easy to refer a friend. Simply follow these steps:
Provide us with your friend’s contact information prior to their first visit or call to Anthem Lakes
If your friend tours and takes financial responsibility for the apartment selected within 60 days of the tour, you will receive a $1,000 credit for the referral within 30 days of the move-in (if the referral is for respite care only, the referral reward will be $250).
Feel free to refer as many friends as you wish.
There is no limit to the number of referral rewards you can earn!
