Kendall R. Brune, PhD, MBA, FACHCA
Dr. Brune has over twenty-five years of experience in senior executive capacities in the finance, development, construction and operation of ambulatory care, pharmacy and senior housing and care organizations to include independent, assisted, memory care, skilled and sub-acute environments. This life knowledge has served as a foundation for community development, commercial construction and business development in various healthcare sectors. As a retirement community developer, he has professionally been responsible for the project management of 21 congregate living communities with over $183 million of new healthcare construction.

David Lee Kirkland
A self-described author, adventurer, and storyteller, David is the co-founder and principal of AnthemCare Management. He has over twenty years experience serving as a CEO, COO, and/or President and also as director of a nationally chartered federal savings bank with expertise in the development, financing, and operation of assisted living communities.
David has previously served on corporate boards including publicly traded and privately owned businesses as well as non-profit entities, and is also a published author, with a Pulitzer nomination for his novel “Rising Tide”.

Wesley P. Sperr, MBA
Wes Sperr has over thirty-four years of experience in senior housing and long term care management and over $48M of building construction and project financing experience. His extensive experience in the management of all business activities concerning senior housing and long term care has been with a track record of professionalism, integrity and numerous accolades. His peers have noticed his achievements in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including, but not limited to, the American Retirement Corporation of Nashville, TN, BJC Health System, and Washington University School of Medicine, and many others.
He began his senior service career with Life Care Services of Des Moines, IA in 1981. During the next nine years he rose from an assistant administrator to a regional administrator. His experience in several states included assignments in rescue marketing efforts, refurbishing aging physical plants, new cottage and assisted living construction, successful lobbying for a state-wide property tax relief bill, negotiating a novel tax increment financing strategy and serving on national quality assurance corporate teams.
