Peace-of-Mind
The privacy and well-being of our Assisted Living residents is our top priority. We pride ourselves on having attentive and friendly staff.
Our nursing staff is available to assist with medications and activities of daily living as determined by the care plan developed during the move-in process. The Anthem Lakes Assisted Living Care Plan is created before move-in with the input of our residents, family and staff members so that appropriate expectations are set, and peace-of-mind is achieved. Our professional staff upholds the highest standard of assisted living care while compassionately maintaining the dignity of each resident.
Anthem Lakes has a preferred pharmacy partner that delivers prescriptions in individual packaging to our assisted living residents based on dosing and time of day to provide safe, accurate medicine tracking.
We are a Category IV building structure, should a hurricane come near the Jacksonville, FL area. We also have a two standby generators onsite just in case there is need of emergency power. Having the generators in emergencies is one more way we meet the needs of our residents.
