6. Continue onto Mt Pleasant Rd
7. Continue onto Wonderwood Dr
8. Turn right onto Florida A1A S
9. Turn right onto Mayport Rd
10. Turn right onto Assisi Ln (Destination will be on the right)

From the Beaches

1. Take J. Turner Butler Blvd (202)/Beach Blvd (90) or Atlantic Blvd (10) to US A1A
2. Go north (left)
3. Continue until you reach the city of Atlantic Beach (intersection of A1A and Atlantic Blvd)
4. Turn left (west) on Atlantic Blvd and proceed one mile
5. Keep right and turn onto the continuation of US A1A (Mayport Road)
6. Proceed 2.1 miles north to the intersection of US A1A (Mayport Road) and Assisi Lane
7. Turn left (west) and go 0.2 miles
8. Anthem Lakes will be on your right
