Anthem Lakes adds Sales and Marketing Director
Community continues construction towards its planned early 2017 opening
Anthem Lakes, North Florida’s newest independent, assisted living and memory care community, announces it has appointed Traci Talley to serve as the community’s sales and marketing specialist. Talley will manage the Anthem Lakes on-site leasing office and pre- and post-opening reservations and has started in her new position.
Anthem Lakes is a 119-unit independent and senior living facility currently under construction in Atlantic Beach at 905 Assisi Lane. The community offers four levels of senior lifestyles on a 14-acre campus designed to help residents connect with nature, family and their pets. The facility is the first of its kind from the development partners focused on designing a national model for senior living.
“Traci is a great asset to our team,” said David Kirkland, co-owner and development partner at Anthem Lakes. “She is skilled in helping seniors find the right community for them and helping communities built their connections with partners and other senior living experts in the market.”
Talley has more than 23 years of experience in sales, marketing and management. She relocated to Jacksonville after most recently serving as sales and marketing manager for Brookdale Shoals in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. She led a team to rebuild the community after falling occupancy rates, revenues and other factors contributed to its decline.
Prior to sales and marketing, she was the business office manager for the senior living community. Before her work in senior care and independent living, she held similar positions with Riverside Cottage Wedding and Event Venue in Tuscumbia, Quiznos and Clear Channel Communications also in Alabama.
Traci is responsible for helping Anthem Lakes’ future residents find their perfect new home at the community. She is also highly active in the beaches area through her involvement in civic, community and business associations. She helps connect the local community to Anthem Lakes through education, events and home visits.
Anthem Lakes in Atlantic Beach is a full-service multi-tier active senior living facility.
