Senior Living Community hosts Jacksonville Artists Guild Display and Reception
Jacksonville, FL, October 1, 2017– Anthem Lakes Senior Living Community in the Atlantic Beach area has partnered with the Jacksonville Artists Guild to host “Art at Anthem Lakes,” a free exhibit and reception to be held on Sunday, October 22 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. In addition to the extensive painting and photography exhibit, guests will enjoy complimentary refreshments and classical guitar selections performed by Goliath Flores.
“The ever-changing art displays at Anthem Lakes create a vibrant, dynamic experience for residents, always providing them with something interesting and stimulating to see,” says Anthem Lakes Lifestyle Specialist Ellen Berson. “At the same time, Anthem Lakes is supporting local artists and opening its doors to create a deeper relationship with the greater Jacksonville community. It’s a win-win for everyone.”
The non-juried exhibit, on display in the community’s two-story rotunda through December, features approximately 40 pieces and includes a variety of media, among them photography, acrylics, pastels, and oil paintings. All work included this installation has been created by local artists and is available for purchase. In addition, tours of the Anthem Lakes community will be available during the event.
